I never said the description changed after I purchased it, I said it was
changed from when I originally watched it and before I bought it, and
the mobile app doesn't show that, which is where I bought it on
I actually went by the post office and they told me that the sticker
isn't something they put on packages, and that they don't put "priority
applies" in black sharpie. Just the amount owed due to the difference in

You should be refunded the moment the tracking shows the seller received
the item back. You are not required to file a police report to receive a
refund. Was that message in your email or in the ebay messages on the
website itself?
