Shipping a return without a printer

Hi I recently Was shipped two of the wrong items start at the return and they gave me printing labels with Covid going on I do not have access to a printer and was trying to ship them myself and pay for shipping out of pocket and take the loss, and I can’t figure out how to add tracking onto that order. 

has anyone else had this problem

It sounds like you've already purchased the postage and have new tracking numbers, is that correct? If so, you can try to contact eBay through Facebook Messages or Twitter.

Send a message with the details of your problem and your account info, item numbers, etc.

If that doesn't work, go to Help & Support in eBay and bore down to Refunds and Returns>Need More Help at the bottom of the page and click Contact Us> Returns and Refunds>Return Shipping for Buyers>Have Us Call you.
