There are MULTIPLE issues with Packing Slips right now...
I use the bulk shipping option every morning to print labels to ship items.
1. When I use the combined shipping option to combine multiple separate purchases onto one label, the packing slip does not show all of the items combined. Say I have a buyer who purchases 3 items separately. All 3 items should be on the one packing slip after the label is created. This is NOT happening. Now I have to do more work and go and print a separate packing slip for each of the items because they are not all appearing on the same packing slip. They DID up until about a month ago.
2. About a week ago, eBay change the format of packing slips and provided a drop down for comments for sellers to leave to buyers and some boxes to check if you want to choose certain options to be on the packing slip. Ever since the change was implemented, the state has stopped appearing in the address.
3. Also a week ago after the change, the username for the buyer stopped showing on the packing slip.
4. This morning, I went to print 39 labels and when I open the packing slips to print from the bulk shipping section, there is NO BUYER NAME AND NO ADDRESS AT ALL. The only thing on the packing slip is the item that was purchased. That's it, no information on the buyer AT ALL. I am going to have to go and match up these items and this will add hours to my shipping today. We have attached an example.
We have reported these issues to eBay and to this point nothing has been done. If you are having the same issues would you PLEASE take a few minutes and contact eBay support. The only way anything is going to be done to correct these errors apparently is if enough upset sellers call to share their frustrations.

A quick update to my post earlier. The missing address on the packing slip issue appears to be related to Google Chrome. When the packing slip is printed in Firefox the address shows up. However the state and buyer username are still missing as they have been for several weeks. Thanks.

There was a work around that I posted earlier this week ( by going to managing shipping labels) that took you to the "former" shipping labels with all the CORRECT buyer's info. This morning that has been changed to this new and INCORRECT shipping slip. Variations are still not showing up. UGH!!!! Why are things that actually work being changed?
Since I have pre cut and personalized stationery, I now cut & paste. It's a pain but at least all the info. is correct. I also have a personalized message -- not the somewhat juvenile pre printed message that are on these new packing slips. Why would we not be allowed to write our own message? More work = unhappy sellers ( again)!

I have this issue too! Complaints fall on deaf ears. Why do they keep changing things that don't need to be changed? They keep saying it's so it's easier/user friendly and it ALWAYS screws everything up! Man I wish they'd get it together. SO frustrating!!!

I have the same problem as your (1), one buyer purchases and pays for several items, paying for each individually. I navigate to Bulk shipping, combine the items, update the weight etc and print the shipping label, but when i scroll down and open the packing slip, only one item shows. I use the cut and paste to Word to get it right but this is very time consuming. It used to work fine, what changed? Thank you
