Was hoping for a guideline, we made a mistake and would like your opinion?
Received an order from a German citizen, hes adress is Packstation DHL.
We chose only to make 1 big deal with UPS, which listing also states. However only DHL delivers to their own facility.
Mistake; We didnt untick the P.O Box for shipment.
We have now contacted the buyer, and was hoping for your advice on how to proceed correctly.
1. Instant refund
2. Let costumer respond and find a solution
3. If we had to ship it directly to him, would this be okay even if the shipping adress says Packstation?
4. We can probably arrange a shipment with DHL, however it would not be possible to maintain the fast shipment rate we have.
