On 2/1/2021 I receive from EBAY material on this new shipping option. In the Q/A there was a question about the $20 coverage. The reply implied what matter was the sale price. The actually agreement states the coverage is the lower of the sell price plus tax or the $20. So I am wondering if in the Q/A the answer was misleading.

It's for cards that are worth up to $20, so anything $20.01 and over, you can't use the new cheaper label for 🙂
By the way, since there had been other questions about those labels and tracking them... I brought mine to the PO 2 times and asked 2 different people about how the PO handles it.. Both were totally confused, said they don't know anything about that, and that I might get it returned back to me because 91 cents might not cover that envelope. But I had to get the item out of here, so I just crossed my fingers and gave it to them anyway.
Well I checked a couple of days and, and at least SOMEONE that works the USPS along the travel route knew what they were doing because the tracking did show it was delivered.
So if anyone at any of your post offices is as flummoxed as the people at mine, rest assured, they DO get scanned 🙂

I have shipped out well over 200+ envelopes with the new Ebay standard shipping program and only about %50 actually show that they even got scanned along the way!! I have multiple customers saying they never received their package!!!! Plus my post office makes me add .24 for a non-machinable charge per envelope. This whole process was not thought out to well by Ebay. Shame on them for launching a faulty product and causing all kinds of headaches for sellers.
