I have two orders in the last three months to Brazil where the buyers have opened cases that the items have not been received. I do all the necessary things to document the shipments which the buyer can also see by clicking on the tracking number. Both items have made it to the Sao Paulo Airport in four days and then they go into the black hole. I contact ebay and they won't close the case and give me my money. Sellers cannot be held responsible once the shipper has received the item and the seller has a receipt and receives a tracking number. Anyone?

Per eBay's policies, the seller is responsible until the item reaches the buyer. That's just the way it is. With the problems that Brazil is having with their postal system due to the virus, it's very risky to send anything there. You may want to rethink your international shipping policy

Sorry, but you are responsible for the package until it is delivered to the buyer.
