Hey ebay -- I didn't get an email that the customer had paid!

I got email notification that the bid was won, but never received an email that the buyer had paid. I found out when I went into my account and it stated "awaiting shipment"......WHAT???? I never got notified that she paid. Another glitch?

I am offering USPS Priority Mail and Same Day handling in my listings, why are they not marked with the green “Free delivery in 4 days” or “Fast ‘N Free”? I see listings using USPS First Class with the 4 day label.
