We have had a couple instances lately where the shipping cost sent to buyers was very high (3-6x). We recently refunded a buyer $100 for shipping overage. It was a small item and actual shipping cost was $11. Yes, our listing's weights and measurements are correct. Problem is that Ebay does not refund us the FVF when we issue a shipping discount refund. Anybody else having this problem? Do you know a way to stop the automatic invoice from being sent by Ebay (or at least delayed)?
