Once I receive an offer on an active listing, am I able to re-calculate shipping?

You can't make changes to a listing while there is an active offer , if that's what you're asking.

Shipping isn't part of an offer, and if you use calculated shipping, it would be calculated to the zip code when the buyer actually purchases the item.
