Shipping Option is just 3 Options, can't add weight and dimensions

I was listing normally today and after I listed a big item (which I suspect is the cause of this), now when I was listing other items (normal size), my options to put in package details is gone (weight LxWxH) and now just says Standard Shipping: Small to Medium items. Went through ad settings and preferences can't figure out how to get the details back so I can choose what carrier to use.

Yeah, me too. It works on the mobile app but not in Firefox or Chrome. The screen to enter weight and dimensions isn't showing up. Hopefully they'll get it fixed soon...

I see, something on eBay's end. I did notice you can make draft and finish on phone and you can add those details, annoying, but I guess is workable till issue is fixed.

same here - a bit unnerving in the middle of creating listings??!?!

An eBay agent finally got back to me. This is a system wide problem - they are overwhelmed with calls from sellers. There is no ETA on a fix. She placed my account "on a list" of those sellers experiencing this issue.

Same here. It's not working on Safari either. Appreciate the tip to use the phone app. Added the shipping info there. Oddly, in the app my draft had weight and dimensions already pre-filled. They were not entered by me, and were wrong, but I was able to delete and correct. Hope this gets fixed soon.

Same here in Cali. Just logged in to list a bunch of items, and no option to enter in weight & package dimensions.

This is back to normal on my end, but if anybody is still running into the problem and has an immediate need to get around it before the fix is rolled out completely:

Use 'sell similar' from one of your existing listings (or use the app). Using 'sell similar' worked for me to get around the problem.
