Shipping Labels

Quit charging sellers for things they did not purchase, such as shipping labels. Also, make it easier to actually get some help when trying to rectify those issues.

You're not charged for a shipping label unless you buy one.

If you bought one and didn't use it, void it.

Go to your shipping labels and click Void in the menu next to the label.
It'll take 3 to 4 weeks to receive the refund.

You can often get help on the discussion boards if you give specifics.

eBay does charge a final value fee on the shipping amount that the buyer paid, regardless if a label was purchased.
