Hello, I hope someone can help. I spent over an hour with a customer service rep tonight but she could not help. I just purchased a Phomemo label printer, and tried to use it to print my shipping label. When I was printing on my regular printer, a label and a instruction section printed side by side and then I would cut the label off and attach it to my package. Well I only need to print the label and not the instructions. But I am not able to delete the instruction portion. So the whole thing is printing teeny tiny on the 4 by 6 sheet. I have tried almost every option I can find to fix this. Nothing allows me to print just the mailing part. Does anyone know how to correct this?
Thanks in advance.

Are you purchasing the shipping label from Ebay as the item sells or using another website/program ?

Why call eBay's customer service when the issue is with a new printer. I don't get it? It won't be long before eBay starts charging for calling Customer Service.

Call Phomemo or go on their website or read their instruction manual that came with the printer

Thank you for replying. The problem is not the printer, it is the label that ebay sends me to print when I request a shipping label.

Thank you for replying. I have already went on the printers website but could find no help with the problem. I cannot find out how to change the label that ebay provides when I click print a label to send my package. All I need is to print the actual label that I attach to my package, not a label that has half a page of shipping info.

Thank you for replying. Yes it is a label from Ebay that I paid them for and it has a half of a page of shipping info on the same page as the label that attaches to my package. I always have to cut that part off in order to use the label. I was printing on a reg 8by11 printer. I changed the paper size to a 4by6 but all the info is still printing as it did on the 8by11 page.

When you bring up the printing of the label and click buy, open the print dialog completely (there's more at the bottom of the dialog page that doesn't show) and you can change the printer type there to 4X6. I also spent a bit of time looking and found this when I decided to just print it on a plain sheet of paper. Wish Phomemo would put this information on their website.
