Please sellers, check your ebay shipping charges on UPS and Fedex and match them with the label price you paid.
I realize that there will be some variances but not large ones. e.g. on two sales on global Shipping, label price on UPS $14.34 to Erlander Kentucky, point of debarkation for ebay and final destination for me. I got charged $33.85. The ebay rep agreed that there we as a discrepancy "a glitch" she said and I would get a refund. Well that was 3 weeks ago and I am still spending time on the phone reinventing the wheel with the reps. I want to sell, sell, sell, not spend time on the phone arguing pennies. Now, i just got an "adjustment" on my last invoice for $21.89. When I owe them it is instantaneous but, I have to whistle for my $$ when the shoe is on the other foot.
Ebay now is demanding I follow their "procedures." ! Mandatory they say! Probably made up by some snot nosed kid that hasn't sold anything or failed in the same venture
Right now my sales in the l ast 30 days are up 59% in the field I'm selling compared with minus 10% in the same field in the whole of ebay
My advice to ebay ...help us or the the f*** out of the way.
