Is there somewhere in eBay that allows you to change the shipping label sizing? Need 2 per page and it keeps bringing up 4 per page. Thank you in advance for any help and BTW it's not the printer!

On the shipping label page, there is a menu you can use to adjust the settings.
It was on the right side of the page, not sure where it is now.

Sounds like a computer/printer issue not a ebay issue.

eBay doesn't have a 4 labels per page setting.
It's possible you're running into the label formatting issue that's been plaguing sellers the past week where their normally horizontal labels are instead printing vertically. If that's what you're referring to then:
Until eBay fixes the problem I suggest using the bulk flow. Single labels can be purchased through the bulk label flow. Just open up bulk shipping, check all except the one you want to buy a label for and delete the rest. That's how you can do it one-at-a-time in bulk.
If that is not your issue, then see below for changing label size. You have to do it within the label flow.
On the label purchase page first make sure your label options are expanded (text is slightly different from below screenshot - it now says 'switch to advanced shipping'):
When your shipping options are expanded:
If you're using bulk labels:

I print from my Apple phone. When you go to print your label there’s an option to choose how many labels per sheet. It appears after you purchase the label and it’s the last option you see. It’s easy to overlook. Choosing 2 per sheet is the proper size for shipping labels. Sometimes this option isn’t there. When that happens I use the Adobe Reader App or take a photo of the label & print it that way.
