Shipping Labels

IMG_6016.jpeg

Hello, for the last 2 weeks my FedEx shipping labels have been printing with a messed up barcode. The only solution to this is for me to take a screenshot and print it, definitely not an option because it that is taking way too long. My other labels from UPS & USPS are fine, just FedEx and this happened out of the blue.

I have not changed any setting on my printing system or browser.

For reference, I am printing on a iMac with a Rollo printer and I am using chrome browser.

Re: Shipping Labels

Any difference if you use a different browser, or a PDF program such as Acrobat Reader to print your label?

My first thought is that the font glyphs used to print the barcode have gotten corrupted in some way. Have you tried deleting the printer from your system and reinstalling it as a new device?

Re: Shipping Labels

I'd make sure the doc is opening with Adobe Reader and not Chrome's built-in reader, and I'd also update and or re-install the printer drivers as others have suggested. If these solutions don't work, then come back and let us know.

I realize you tried a screenshot and that worked, but have you tried downloading the label and printing the downloaded PDF? If so, what's the result?
