Issue has been resolved and two labels were just printed successfully. Shipping options are now successfully propagating and may be selected/purchased.

SUGGESTION FOR EBAY - Perhaps in the future, a banner could be placed across the top of the shipping page for the benefit of eBay sellers, when server maintenance (or whatever was the root cause) is occurring. This would help alleviate the guessing game of figuring out that the issue is also affecting others. It would also provide transparency to eBay sellers, showing responsibility for your own initiated actions. Think of it as a trust building exercise with your own members.
