Good morning,

I have an issue buying shipping labels and printing on Ebay. It looks like its loading but its not opening which is out of the ordinary. I tried in both tools - seller hub and the standard.

Please let me know what's going on.

I don't see other reports of this on the boards.

Are you being charged for the label and can't open it to print?

Does it show in your Label Management page -

Or you're not able to create a label at all?

Make sure you clear your cache/cookies, try again.

Also try switching to a different browser - Firefox, Chrome

If you're using a mobile device, switch to a PC

I am actually using my laptop. I am unable to create a label. This never happened to me in the past.

eBay can  be glitchy. Sometimes when I can't get something to work that has always worked in the past, when I go through the other steps (clear cookies/cache, try different browser), it will resolve itself.

Have you tried those steps?

I'm having the same issue. This is the first time experiencing this issue. When I try to buy the postage, the screen loads for about a minute and an error message says , "We were not able to take the payment.". 

Earlier in the morning today, I saw a disclaimer stating USPS is having issues, to try again late. That disclaimer is no longer there, but, I'm still getting the error message.

Also, I've cleared my browser's cookies/cache and am still getting the same issue. I used firefox, chrome, and internet explorer.

Now  I'm seeing a few more posts about this - seems to be connected to the USPS disclaimer (that is now gone).

eBay isn't showing any disruption on their System Status page.

I didn't try different browser. will do that now. Thank you for your quick response.
