Sometime within the last year, I noticed that eBay no longer includes the relevant info in the "Shipping Label Created" emails that go out. Old emails I have from 2018 include all the information in one spot so I could easily keep those messages for recordkeeping. Everything I needed was there. E.g.:
Now it's all screwed up, only 90 days worth in the Shipping Labels section of the Selling dashboard. Looking at the PayPal transactions, there's no link between the item purchase transaction and the shiping label transaction despite me purchasing my shipping labels via the "Print Shipping Label" link with each auction. Am I missing a setting somewhere or do I just have to connect everything manually now? Way to take a huge step backward!

Are you using Seller Hub?
After you print out your shipping label, you could go to your Orders > Paid & shipped. Locate the listing, click the down-arrow and select VIEW RECORD, press CTRL-P and print out that screen for your records. It includes all the info on the transaction.

Thanks, disneyshopper - I've been selling here since 1998 and not in enough volume to bother with Seller Hub, but that does at least help some to have it in one place. I just wish they still sent the details all in one email confirmation as they used to - I didn't need any extra steps for tracking the details. Thanks for suggesting the Seller Hub!
