Shipping Label Printing Problems

I use the eBay iOS app. I've printed a bunch of shipping label over the past few weeks. No problems. I use the Avery shipping label stickers that come two to a sheet. When I print, they go on the page landscape orientation at the top half of the page perfectly fitting on the label.

However, as of yesterday, when I print labels they are now stuck portrait mode centered on the page. Basically winds up printing on both labels. I have to trim down the sheet and stick both pieces on my packages.

I haven't changed anything that I'm aware of. I'm using the same phone and printer. Is there any way to fix this??

These might sound like silly questions, but I'm going to ask them anyway. Your answers may lead to someone being able to give you a definitive answer.

1. If you have more than one printer that you use, you have verified that you've selected the correct one in your print dialog, yes?

1(a). Assuming the answer above is yes, you've verified that your presets haven't been changed?

2. You've verified that the proper orientation is selected in the print dialog?

3. You've verified that the correct paper source has been selected in the print dialog?

4. It sounds as though you're using a plain old inkjet or laser printer. Which one?

5. Does the print preview show your label top centered or center of the page centered?
