Shipping Label-Invalid State

I recently sold an item, and I’m now printing the shipping label. When I click purchase, I get the message, Shipping Label, Invalid State. I’d like to ship it as soon as possible, so any help would be great.

Go to eBay.com on safari on your phone  or computer and print the shipping label from there without issue. For some reason the app is where you get this glitch.

Update, it also started doing this on my phone. Something is wrong with app. It will work from safari on iPad and iPhone.

Hi, 

This happened to me as well because I was using my iPhone to try and print via Bluetooth. However, when I tried from my desktop, I had no issues printing the label. Not sure why the mobile app won't let us process printing labels but hopefully you have a second device to try and print from so you won't run into this issue again.

I moved from my iPhone app to the full website, still on my phone, and then it worked

Hi! I don’t work for eBay but I had this problem when I tried downloading the label on my phone. Once I went to my desktop computer it worked fine! Hope this helps!

Same issue and it was a phone issue! It worked fine from my Mac!

Mine works on the laptop but does not work on the mobile apps of two different iPhone 7's. This started suddenly, for no reason, about two months ago. 

It's driving me crazy because I like to print mine from my phone, so I'm not tethered to the laptop. I have deleted and reloaded the app, turned phone off and on, etc. Nothing works.

Sure wish there was a solution to be able to print from the app and not have to go through safari.

I’m sorry you’re having trouble. I have an iPhone 7 and am able to print shipping labels from the app. Have you updated your phone to the latest version?

if you dont use the app on your phone it works great .. go to ebay. Com but dont open the app

I had to log on to my pc and print. It was trying to go through PayPal first to get the payment then it went through fine. Hope this helps!

I’m shipping from my home in OH and there are no spelling errors etc and I’ve gotten an invalid state error for a year. So frustrating!
