Hi,
I have recently purchased an used/defective item that eBay has made a final decision in my favor, and I was asked to ship the item back to seller. However, when I tried to print a shipping label from the Resolution Center, it'd bring me to the shipping label generator, wait a few seconds, then display the message "Sorry we're not able to process the label at this time, please try again later".
I have tried to re-generate the label many times (as well as waiting a few hours in case something's temporarily down on eBay), but still get the same results.
Has anyone else had similar issues before? If all else fails, where on eBay would I be able to get help from? I have browsed through eBay's help section, but there doesn't seem to be anything that'd allow me to report this issue.
Thanks in advance!

Yes, I have read up on eBay community and tried switching various browsers (Safari/IE/Chrome), as well as clearing the browse cache/history per suggestions from other members.

Howdy! grab a good book, and a cup of coffee and chill a bit...you've got TEN days to send it back...odds are the glitch will be cleared up tomorrow and you can carry on from there. 🙂

Really, 10 days?
And do you know when this persons time to get the return label scanned runs out?

I'm having this exact issue with a return. I did some searching and it's been a known issue for at least three years but continues to persist.

It's a long shot, but it could be something simple, like a punctuation mark. It happened to me.
If it's St Louis, try St. Louis
Broad St - try Broad St.
Good luck!

Monday 1/6/2020.
I go to print label from ebay and get.
"Sorry we're not able to process the label at this time, please try again later."
https://community.ebay.com/t5/Member-To-Member-Support/Money-back-guarantee-quot-Sorry-we-re-not-abl... "The seller told me ebay frequently fails to provide a label for buyers returning, which I can believe." Emphasis mine. This is a fact as this issues goes back YEARS checking their archives and is still persistent now. I'll have to call ebay to get them to create me a label. This is stupidity in action.

Nope. In your case @highlander9152 your seller uploaded a bum label, e.g. a zero-length file, to thwart your return and refund.
It's a well-known exploit.
