Maybe I'm wrong, but I thought because I purchase my shipping labels from eBay that I, as the seller, received the shipping discount. From what I can tell, the buyer is now receiving the discount. Comments appreciated!
Yes, your listings are set up to charge buyers the discounted online postage rates. You can change this in your site preferences, so buyers are charged the retail rates instead; it's called "Offer discounts to buyers".
