Oh, Boy! This may take a while!
I had a guy buy an item from my ecrater stuff (also listed Here), then he Came Here and bought Two More (Star Trek slides/prints) and Paid for them Individually! As I was filling out the shipping forms, I noticed that the two did Not Combine, but showed as Two Labels/ Prices, so I Did Not Complete the process, went Back to Start Over...But...the Payment/Label Had Been Created and Paid (My Money Taken!)
I DID NOT CLICK ON 'PURCHASE!!'
So...I Voided those two labels (which says I will get My Money back...in 15 days!!) And Started over...got it down to One package, One label!
Now...today...he did a Buy It Now on TWO More...and Paid For Them Individually again! I sent him a message, saying that if he Waited for an Invoice, I could save him some money. He thanked me, and then said that he was Watching More of the Trek items!
He Then Bid on Two more of them, rather than do the Buy It Now! And is Watching several more!
I Have No Idea What Is Going On!!!
Should I send out the Two that are Paid, or Wait till he is Through doing whatever it is he is doing and send them all in one package!? And just give him a partial refund on the over-payment?!!
(Maybe I should Keep the extra for the Gas I have wasted...one trip to the post office Monday for the First item, one today for the second two!)
Whew!

I have a customer that comes around about once a year and does this - some people just have plenty of money to burn and couldn't care less about combined shipping, invoices, or what's in which box. They're perfectly happy just clicking away, paying for shipping when they don't have to, or missing out on promos by not buying everything at once.
The best advice I can give you is to just let them click like the wind, while you worry about how to get their items to them safely and on time. I wouldn't even message them - they most likely don't even want to think about the details.
Some of us are so accustomed to buyers who squeeze us for every penny, but there are these glorious unicorns out there that really just trust us do our job.

@thebatcaveofoz It's very kind of you to try to please your customers so much by saving them some money on shipping, but some buyers just aren't that concerned about a few dollars. It appears you have found one of these. You should ship out anything that is paid so that you don't inadvertently fall behind and get a late shipment demerit.
You've already pointed out what the buyer should do to save money, so you've done your part. Now just let him buy as he chooses. When you can combine, then do so. When you can't, just ship it out. Make sure you keep this buyer happy so he comes back. If in the end you feel like giving him a partial refund, then do so and point it out. You can always throw in a freebie as well. Best of luck to you....

Thank you...all good points. I was planning on throwing in one or two freebies, since he is buying so many! I do that when I can, since I have So Much Stuff, and Keep Adding to it! The Stuff I Have!! 🙂
(It's funny...I have lately found things that I thought were of No Value, were Free to me, and listed them to see what would happen. Selling Like Crazy! There Is Something For Everyone....and Everyone Wants Something!) 🙂
