What is going on with USPS and Ebay? Ebay has my expected delivery dates at like two or three days.So the tracking page shows my packages are late. It's mainly First class packages. I've had to contact several buyers and apologize about it.I am hoping this does not garner me negative feedback. If I get negative feedback because a package was not delivered by Ebay's expected delivery date will they remove it.I ship next day as promised or same day if possible. I can't control Ebay's expected delivery dates and I can't control USPS.

Ebay doesn't make these dates up as some assume. They use the time frames that the carriers give them. It is USPS that says 1-3 days for First Class. We need to get USPS to adjust their dates to be more accurate and then Ebay's would be more accurate. The source is USPS, NOT Ebay.

I've called them twice about this same issue, the first class is 2-3 day delivery and they are popping up on my late delivery report even though they are all being delivered on time. Last week ebay removed 16 of them off the report, this week I have 12 more. Ebay better get this bug fixed. They opened a ticket for me, or I should say, they said they were.

I was having some dates showing early estimated deliveries, but not a ding to my metrics asI have acceptance scans within my handling time. I have 3 day handling in my listings, but eBay uses my "historical" shipping time to estimate.
2-3 days is often the estimate for USPS 1st Class
On the flip side they just gave this estimate on a zone 8, 1st class package.

For the greater percentage of shipment of FCP the expected or estimated shipping time are accurate.
When the Christmas Holidays come everything goes haywire. Lots of temps hirer, overload warehouses rented.
We are wait a FCP package from Florida shipped on the 16th, last update says it was in transit to destination on the 17th, same message today. We live in the state right above Florida not far from I 75.
Won't hammer the seller for the shippers issue.
