I am a new ebay seller. I sold a product for $200 and charged the buyer $35 for shipping. Only the $200 is on hold for payment to me. Does the $35 go to me after I get the shipping label through eBay? Just trying to figure out where the $35 is. Thanks in advance.

If the buyer paid you $200 for the item plus $35 for shipping, that means you would use the $35 to pay for shipping to the buyer. In other words, the buyer pays YOU, the seller, for shipping, and you, the seller, use the funds paid to you for shipping by the buyer to pay for SHIPPING.
It would probably be a good idea for you to read a little more about how eBay works.

Your buyer paid $200 plus $35.00 shipping plus tax. Your payment was $235.00 minus fees.
You already received the payment for item plus shipping.
Look at the order details. It spells it all out for you.

You've been assessed Final Value Fees. You can use the funds on hold to purchase your shipping label... select that option at the lower left of the shipping screen. Then... you'll have less on hold. Good luck here.

The issue is it says I pay $35, the buyer was charged $35, but the $35 was never made available to me

Why is my payment only showing $200 then and not $235

Because your 13.25% final value fee and $0.30 transaction fee was deducted from the total your buyer paid. Relax my friend, the shipping fee will come out of the funds on hold.

The payout shows NET proceeds... $235 is your gross figure. It's all good.

The buyer's $35 postage payment is, in fact, available to you, but . . . . . . .
. . . the only thing you can do with those 35 dollars is to buy the postage.
eBay makes it very easy for sellers to spend that money that their buyers pay for postage.
In the first of the two screenshots you posted, near the bottom, you will see a large blue oval with white letters saying "Purchase shipping label." Click on that in order to spend the buyer's postage payment.

Looks about right to me.
Buyer paid $235, and likely some sales tax at the 10% or so range.
That $200 and change is, as others posted what is left after eBay moves the sales tax amount, and takes the eBay FVF (thinking 13.25%, but could vary by category. Not sure what the %age is on an "airsoft") on the entire amount of the buyer payment.
If you purchase a shipping label through eBay that $200.64 amount will be further reduced by the cost of the purchased label, and those remaining funds will be released on the date stated.

That isn't how it works. The seller receives what the buyer paid for shipping even if they buy a label on another site or at the post office. They are not required to spend that specific $35 for shipping on ebay.
