You need to go to the order on Ebay, and "Contact Seller" and ask them. They hopefully uploaded tracking information.  If so, you can track it.

If not, open an "Item Not received" claim one day after the expected delivery date on the order

You are not contacting eBay on the community forums, we are other buyers and sellers. The We's here would not have accesses to your order information.

It could be up to as late as the last Estimated Delivery Date on the order. Hang in there.

You can go to your order details and see the estimated date of delivery, once you do that there’s no more need to wonder.
