My purchased item arrived with damage caused by the shipping company. I provided pictures of the damage to the seller. Seller says that he has filed a claim with the shipping company, but then I hear nothing back from him. Seller says he will help with repair cost, and I've provided him with my repair bill. Then I hear nothing back from him. I'm beyond the 60 days allowed to post any feedback about my purchase transaction with this seller. So I suppose that I have lost any leverage I might have had in this situation. Do I just need to forget this and move on?

If you handnt had the item repaired, you could have filed a not as described case at Paypal, you had six months there,and gotten a refund..only sixty days to leave feedback..you allowed this seller to string you along, so thats on you.
