Shipping Costs. Shipping Calculator overcharges by a lot.

Some time ago Ebay offered me an opportunity to lower the rates charged to my online clients. The overage would be my discretion to keep or refund back. Probably 3 out of 4 times I issue a refund. 

  So, I am thinking I should have taken Ebay's offer. And now I do not know how to make this happen. 

  Does anyone know how to make the settings adjust the shipping rates?

Tick on this link and scroll to the bottom to 'Shipping discount settings'. Edit and save. Good luck.

And it's an old trick. When I sold, I had it ticked. After all... your supplies + time + etc. = show Retail rates. Blessing back! 😊
