I'm not able to find this section by these directions:
The U.S. Postal Service is streamlining the way they check postage on shipments with a new automated system that detects overpayments and underpayments on postage.
The upgrade will:
If a postage discrepancy is detected, the USPS will automatically collect for underpaid postage, or refund for overpaid postage. Visit your dashboard under the section for Shipping Cost Adjustments to see if you have any postage costs to adjust.
I know that I am going to be short 6 cents on an outgoing package that the buyer paid postage for already and I wanted to take care of it right away. I know that USPS just tells me that they will "charge my account" but couldn't tell me anything further. It's my error, so I want to make sure that the buyer is not asked to pay it.
Please help!
Thank you!

If you haven't shipped you can cancel the label and buy a new one.
If you already shipped there is nothing you can do. If USPS's APV system catches the error while in transit they will automatically apply the cost adjustment to your account. If they don't catch it, your package may uneventfully slide through.
