Shipping Charges

Ever since USPS went to Ground Advantage, eBay doesn't seem to be Collecting Enough Postage to Handle packages.  I am consistently paying MORE than eBay is collecting.  I weigh and measure packages before listing them.  I also add a small Handling Fee, and YET, eBay is collecting Approx.  $2.00 LESS than what is REQUIRED by USPS Ground Advantage Rate.  That being said, I DO NOT USE EBAY SHIPPING LABEL SERVICES.  So my assessment is USE EBAY SERVICES or be Penalized!!!!  Anyone else having similar experience?

I checked one of your recent Sold items.  Your listing was set up to charge buyers for the eBay postage price, rather than the retail price which you would pay at the Post Office. So if you don't want to start saving on postage by purchasing your labels online, then you should change your site preferences so buyers will pay the retail price for postage.
