Local Pickup

Hi everyone...

I am doing a local pickup for my first time... I understand there used to be a QR code... and in calling eBay understand now buyer just marks it as picked up on his end... thought I read there used to be something we would print off and have the buyer sign...

I am cautious... am thinking printing off a packing slip, label, copy of item sold, whatever might be available once buyer pays...and having buyer sign and date them... and of course meet in public place and be careful... am looking for suggestions on the process and how to do it to make sure I am covered with proof, etc... insight greatly appreciated... smile...

Do not rely on that advice @vintagetreasure86 because that's not how it works. You need to either scan the QR code or get the 6 digit pickup code from the buyer.
