Shipping Address

Instead of using the address  that I have in my account, is there a way that I can have the shipper use a different address, just for this one item?

You want to change your ship from address? Needs to be the same as shown in the listing. 

Your ship to address? 

Return address? 
You need to be more specific since the folks in this forum including myself, don’t work for eBay so we have no clue what one item you speak of. 
By the way your moose and coyote lamp shades look the same. Both listing show a moose.

If you are buying something, you can change the ship-to address when you are in the checkout process about to pay for the item.

It seems like the OP is asking, as a buyer, not a seller, if he can change his delivery address for one item he is purchasing.  (But I could be wrong.)

The answer is YES, but make sure you do it before you Checkout. The seller must use the address on the Order.
