Used Global shipping via Glendale Hts, IL to send an item to England. Buyer rec'd box today with a meter box inside weighing 7 pounds, not a doll weighing 3 pounds. The declaration page said it was the doll weighing 7 pounds. Buyer sent pics of meter and page. Buyer also said this was the second time this has happened going through Glendale Hts. Please advise. Ebay said to contact Glendale, but cannot find any info on how to do that. Thanks for any suggestions.

Buyer needs to file a return request and the eIS program is supposed to take care of all the details @ergust-85 .
Send the buyer to this page:

Did you use the old eBay Global shipping, or the newer eBay International Shipping?
If you used the newer eBay International Shipping, that's THEIR problem, and not YOURS, since eBay International Shipping is now serving as a third-party shipping program.
According to what we've been told about the EIS, once an item has been received at the EIS shipping center, the eBay seller has NO further responsibilities.
If your buyer wishes to open a "not as described" case, that will be against eBay -- and not YOU -- and YOU will not be penalized.
