Printed a UPS return label on Ebay...but buyer changed mind.

Buyer changed mind and decided to keep item. I had already sent a printed return UPS label thru Ebay. The buyer will not use this label. How do I get refund for UPS label?

Was it UPS or USPS? I wasn't aware of eBay offering UPS labels through the returns flow.

If it was a return service label through the eBay return then you're not charged unless the buyer uses the label so there's nothing to refund.

Thanks.....I sent the original package thru UPS option on ebay. So, when I agreed to send the buyer a return label, I would think it would go with the original service? Can't find anywhere to check out, only info I get on ebay site is the original UPS package receipt/number.

No, eBay doesn't use UPS for return labels. Doesn't matter how the original shipment was sent. It would have been a USPS return label and you're not charged unless the label is used. You're all good - nothing to worry about @romulus123 .
