I have been ordering computer parts on ebay. i have revived all this items except my mother board. it has been 10 days since i payed for it but is had not even been shipped yet it still says paid. there is no expected delivery date on the page. i chose this one because it has good reviews.
Did you look at that sellers feedback? There are a ton saying they never got the item. Go here and file an item not received case https://resolutioncenter.ebay.com/
Since this is an international transaction and there is no estimated delivery date to your country, you can file an ebay item not received claim 30 days after payment. If you paid with Paypal, you may be able to file sooner.
