How do I Change Ship From Address Permanently? I Changed All Addresses in Account, but have to change it in each individual listing as I list them. Pain in the Butt!

When you change it in your profile, did you mark it as primary? Once it has been marked as primary, refresh the page and remove the other ones. Could also be that you need to clear your cache memory and history to clear it out fully.

Use bulk edit to change the item location for all your listings at once.
From Seller Hub, select all active items and then click Edit up above the list to get to bulk edit.

Do you mean the item location shown on your listings or the actual return address on the shipping label? I don't want to assume which one.
I stopped printing the return address on my packing slips. I don't live at the return address shown on my shipping labels so no problem there.

Not sure i understand that. My problem is when I list something the item location defaults to my old city and not where i live now. how can i change default???

You need to do two things. First, fix your current listings (you can do this in bulk).
Then as you list your next item, check to verify the item location is correct. If not, correct it. From then on, it should automatically default to your new location.
