Ship by date is later than expected delivery date.

Who runs a business this way?  If the Seller ships April 9th, how can the buyer expect to get it as early as April 7th?

I would love to see the algorithm used to come up with these dates.

I think most sellers, if the item was bought on a Thursday, they would try to get it shipped by Friday.

If it was shipped Friday, it could probably make it to the buyer on the 7th.

Well, you sold the item on the 3rd, and the listing states that you have a 4-day Handling time and Priority shipping. If you mailed the package on the date of sale or perhaps 1 day later, an April 7th delivery date is possible. If you drag things out until the 9th before shipping, then April 12th is a possibility.

EBay is going to provide projected delivery dates that are what buyers, in today's ecommerce world, would expect. That is what it takes to close a lot of these sales.

Step up and get it shipped asap.
