Ship To US, US address, and US Address Buyer gets a can not ship to your location error

I have received messages from buyers twice this week that they could not complete their purchase due to me not shipping in the US. All settings are set to ship within the US.

Many of your Sold listings state "Shipping Not specified":

I suspect that is why your buyers cannot pay you.  For those listings, you will need to send each buyer an Invoice, with the shipping, so they can pay.l

When you click on the actual listings that show shipping not specified, there is a shipping charge listed (.91 for trading cards).  I have no idea why it would show as not specified on the search screen or why buyers can't pay.

Probably yet another eBay glitch.

I just received a seller offer on an item I was watching and it clearly and plainly stated that it couldn't be shipped to my area. I took them up on the offer anyway and had no problems paying. They had the tracking in almost immediately.
