Ship Cover Unable to Print

Now that I have been loaded into the cattle car and am under the managed payments gulag I cannot use ship cover on any of my shipments. I have tried with paypal and pending funds , but with no luck. Is anyone else having  this issue or it it and EBAY wide glitch?

So no one here in the shipping and returns has any idea if or when or had an issue recently with this function for trying to print a label on ebay to ship their items?

Not many are in MP, nor am I.

Try to go around the problem by using for example pirateship.com to print your labels. The account is free, they import you orders from ebay and post back the tracking numbers. You can also purchase insurance for both domestic and int'l orders. You can ask them to sign you up for their simple international rate and you get 25-30% cheaper prices than ebay on parcels up to 4 lbs. Their customer service is outstanding, email replies within 24 hours and a real chat. You can use you CC to pay for the labels, earning extra % on your CC purchases.
