Hello, I just wanted to let everyone here know how happy I am with Ship Cover Insurance. I recently made a $500+ claim for a poster that I sold via eBay that was damaged by the USPS. Because their rates are so reasonable, I was a bit skeptical and I expected to get a hard time and have to go through the appeal process, etc. But lo and behold, I received my claim in only 48 hours to my PayPal account. Needless to say, I was pleasantly surprised and I will be using Ship Cover on any future transaction I make over $100. I will also be telling everyone I know how quick and efficient the entire process was and that they should not hesitate to use you.

You've left out details @stevieboy56, like did the buyer provide all the needed photos and was the outer packaging damaged? Things like that make a difference in an insurance claim payout.

Yes, the buyer provided five photos. I think the post office was using the poster tube as a hockey stick. 
I was still skeptical that I wouldn't get paid because a friend of mine sold a poster for $1500 and UPS insurance wouldn't pay for damaging it because the poster roll was not packed within  a larger rectangular box which is absolutely ridiculous.
