Hey Members! I shipped a watch using the global shipping program. Shipped on 10/9/2020. Final destination, Australia. Tracking shows package has been sitting in Erlanger, KY for 5 weeks. Customer emailed me today asking about it. I contacted Ebay thru Facebook messenger, but haven't heard back yet. Anything else I can do?

I apologize, but Pitney confirmed that the item was delivered to the warehouse, but not encoded to the correct delivery parcel bag. They have swept the warehouse, but have been unable to local the item at this time.
Once the items delivery date has passed, the Buyer can open an Item Not received case. ebay will refund the Buyer and you will keep the original sale.
Again, sorry for the issue and if we have another update from Pitney I will update the posing.

I have contacted Pitney in regards to item 154109246987 - Lorus Men's Watch and asked for an update on the package.

Thank you. I emailed my customer today and asked him to give it another week to see if it makes it out of Erlanger.

Thanks, Ebay CS told me that earlier on Facebook. However, I don't like having an upset customer.

Buyer opened INR case and Ebay refunded him immediately, so he's happy. However, Ebay took the money (sale price plus my s&h charge) out of my paypal. Do I get that credited back or have I lost that money?

eBay took the money or PayPal took the money? We've had issues lately with PayPal not following standard ebay processes. If the item was received at the hub and not shipped forward, then it is considered lost at the warehouse and is the responsibility of ebay, not the Seller. I have requested and approved a refund on the item and will update you in a direct message when the case it resolved.

If only Ebay honored its words. It has not. I am out thousands of dollars even though every international package was accepted at Erlanger, Ebay still ruled agaisnt me.
I don't know what to do. I've exhausted escalating it when discussing with customer service.
Ebay's stategy is make the selller jump through so many hoops that they finally give up.
I'm lost so much money over these lost items its heartbreaking.

Looking at your cases I see the following:
07-05601-41570 - This is an ebay international standard delivery shipment, not a GSP shipment. ebay takes no responsibility for these shipments as we do with GSP. The label for this item was printed on Nov 4, 3:57PM. However; there is no tracking after that. No scan at the regional post office and no verification it reached eISD hub. This case was closed correctly as the item never reached the hub and there is no valid tracking information to confirm it was shipped.
The other two Buyer not received cases for November are USPS transactions.
20-05963-81670 - Shows it delivered today in the Buyers mailbox at 12:52pm. You should contact CS and open an appeal that this item was delivered.
25-05911-27491 - Seller closed in favor of the Buyer as this was incorrectly packed.
I do not see any other international transactions through GSP that we closed as Seller fault.
Do you have an item number or order number on any others for further investigation? Specifically for any Global Shipping Program transactions.
