Hey guys, I have a serial returner customer and as much as I hate to do this I am going to block any future purchases from this person. No problems with returns but when they start doing this more than 2 times I feel I need to keep that inventory for someone who will appreciate it, and save my shipping costs. Neither purchases had anything wrong with them, just a very picky person. Question is can I block right away before this last return comes through or should I wait till the return comes back. I am thinking I should for sure wait because I do not want to stir up any dust here with the item not back in my possession. They returned other stuff and no problems with it coming back.

You can block them at anytime. All it means is, they can't buy from you anymore. It won't affect your current return with them. If you are worried they will try to buy something now and then, upon finding they have been blocked by you, retaliate by damaging your item, just wait until they ship the item back and as soon as you see that its been accepted at the PO, hurry and block them.
