Is usually the day after the Ebay scheduled delivery date. Then, Ebay would wait another week for the seller to resolve the situation. If no agreement has been reached and the item has not arrived yet, Ebay would issue you a refund. Oversea stuff take a long time to come..depending on the seller shipping method. If you need something in a hurry, don't order them from China or oversea...unless you are certain that the items would arrive quickly. I have ordered a $300 camera lens from Hong Kong. I got it within 4 days....hehehehe...

What was the latest Estimated Delivery Date?

If it has passed but by less than 1 month then open a case through the Resolution Center on eBay.

If it has passed but by more than 1 month then open a case through PayPal.

And for the future DON'T BUY FROM CHINA!!!
