Sent to wrong person

I bought an item that had a problem, I started a return. I had a friend ship it and when I sent him the shipping label I grabbed the wrong one from the folder. A friend used my computer and it was a shipping label he shipped something he sold on eBay 6 months ago. I can’t update the tracking number. I can’t contact the person it was shipped to. It’s been delivered.

Yeppers... part of the eBay MBG process does require that the item makes it back to the seller before having to refund.
