Was anyone else upset about getting the email about media mail not being available for some categories. I have never knowingly abused the selection of shipping media mail versus first class postage even though I often check to see what other people with "like items" have done. It does irritate me when I have to charge more for some items that some people list as media mail when I list them appropriately as first class mail because they do not fit in the media mail category. It is hard to sell the same item when the shipping is considerably higher for the same item. So... when I got the message this morning titled "USPS media mail isn't for some categories, I tried to find an item that I had listed as media mail. I could find nothing that I had, so asked ebay for help to find it. What a disaster! Got disconnected to a person who was trying to help, started in again to find an agent and had more trouble getting help. Finally got a person who said they had other calls about it, and hours later
