Sellers who use USPS First-Class mail for shipping . . .

Just received an email announcement from my bank regarding USPS delivery delays for First Class items. If my bank is concerned enough to send an email about this, it will be interesting to see what eBay does with it--especially in regard to estimated delivery dates and INR timelines.

I believe they are referring to letters, not packages.

Yeah, I think it is letters. Mail is pretty much just letters.

Yes, I believe so, too. Sorry--thought that was self-evident by the phrase "certain First-Class Mail items" and the references to mail to and from a bank, like "mailed payments."

I don't believe my original post makes any reference to "packages."
