Seller with abusive,insulting and unpolite way of communication and somewhat slur against my name

Just want to share this bad sittuation i had since Friday... I know there are rules and all, but the way this seller contacted me was for me and well i think most people will think the same way just so bad and terrible.  I am going to put it here on letters instead of the captures of screen i could do. Sorry but English isn't my mother language. So may be isn't posted on the propper grammar and way but i just wanted to share my expirience.

seller:

Maybe if you took the time to read the shipping rules you would avoid having your order cancelled.. I truly HATE people like you who make the mistake and then refuse to own it. I could have just sat on your money until ebay forced a refund a month later but I was nice enough to refund you immediately. Your neg feedback will be removed and you will face consequences from ebay for abusing the system. This isnt the first time ive won a case like this and it wont be the last either most likely.

me:

You are writing something like it is important to me? I would face the consequences? Calm down your manner.

seller:

Yes ebay actually does have a system that punishes people whom abuse feedback.. You are 100% at fault for not reading the shipping rule first. Maybe learn how to be a man in the future and own up when you are wrong.

I just going to block you... I won't enter in a literally a stupid fight for a ridiculous feedback. Lmao something that happened more than a month ago and you write me like menacing myself get over that.

Jesus Christ and you talk about being a man **bleep**??? Are you a kid or someone with low mental health or some autism level? You also forget also that eBay can check your menacing chats and also can take measurements with your stupid behavior and I can report you for harassment.

seller:

Calling you out for your **bleep** isnt harassment and a man would own up to it.. Harassment is leaving negative feedback for something you failed to do on your end purely out of spite. You are the worst kind of person and should def remove the word Pastor from your name unless you are working for the church of satan.

I just went off when appart from being so rude and insulting me he then proceeds to use my name as a slur... Or worst to think as a discrimination. My name is Shepherd in English. I have no clue what he is mixing religious stuff with my name, he doesn't know me and i really don't care about him. But its really annoying to receive this kind of messages of him for something that was like two months ago. Literally i also sold something and i had 100% feedback when someone who bought me a Tisssot claimed that he never received it, then he proceeds to leave me a negative feedback. Even he got his refund i lost the watch and may be he received it after all. But anyways if he was right that's not the way to contact me. Offending me for a feedback. There are ways to contact a person but this "caveman" was off.

Of course i immediately contacted support and then the representative that took my chat was nice and filled a report, and she told me she was sorry for his behaviour, something that i have never saw in all the years i have been using eBay. She mentioned he with those chats already have violated some of the eBay rules, i think the most clearly are:

Your irrelevant feedback was removed. Maybe next time you will pay attention to BIG RED BOLD LETTERS and when you make a mistake maybe you will have grown a pair and take responsibility for it.

And so? Does it going to finish the war on Ukraine? May be helps to the economy of the world to improve? I wish I could write what I am thinking but eBay just took seriously your slurs yesterday so I m not going to be a loser fighting a stupid feedback. However you could say goodbye to your stupid account.

I think i was patient and tried to play it cool but if someone came to me being so agressive i think i have the right of defending myself. There is an old saying here in my country that says "yo bailo al ritmo que me bailan" meaning that the way you trate me, the way i would trate you. 

I told the girl who took my chat that there should be a way to block people, honestly i don't like fighting, i try to avoid conflicts but no way this guy who i would never meet or know, needed to be so offensive or rude with me, it's beyond stupid his behaviour. This kind of people should be ban of any plattform. There are ways to communicate and treat people.

I would like to put his sellers name and link to his profile in order to people know the kind of seller he is and people avoid try to interact with him... just by one of his lines of those messages i knew the kind of person he is but i am not sure if i should do it, as i reported him twice for his aggressive attitude against me, again i think i was ok dealing with his attitude and of course i know any word i wrote at the moment could be used against me but he was too rude.

I know he could be angry everybody do mistakes and at the moment i might did something bad, but that was no the way to contact me, i have had similar situations but the sellers on those cases contacted me and politely wrote emails asking me change my feedback and of course i have changed it without problems, and also i sell stuff on Facebook Marketplace and for the sake of Christ people can be dumb and ask all the stuff you can describe something, ia have seen i am not the only one but i just ignore them or block them, period. I just get annoyed by people who likes to discuse why i am so rude on my description and even i have been insulted but like 99% of cases is from people who never buy nothing and just like to bothers and keeps asking for lowering prices.

Anyway, I would ignore and move on. What exactly happened that lead to this exchange. Was there some mention of some specific thing that you should have paid attention?

Si en parte por eso digo que tal vez el tenia razón, no lo niego pero por muy molesto que el pueda estar no es manera de contactarme así ósea. El cancelo el envió, por el tema de la dirección nunca envió nada y yo recibí mi plata. De ahí no supe mas nada de ese individuo, hasta el viernes que en medio del trabajo recibo sus mensajes. La verdad no se de donde saca el que mis envíos son enviados al extranjero? Varios apartamentos tienen PO BOX, y digo tengo ya mas de 13 años que compro en eBay y jamás me habían cancelado por temas de dirección?

But I think the seller was a little worse, in my opinion.  

As you said, though, is this little problem you are having going to stop the war in Ukraine?  Take gasoline prices back to what they were even one year ago?  No; not to my way of thinking.  But for others, who can say what is in their minds?  You ran into one of them, sorry to say. 

Try to rise above it.   If eBay has removed the feedback you left, let it be.  Don't respond if you get any more messages from that seller.  A saying in the US is, "Don't engage the crazy."  

But I have to say I do like this phrase I learned from you today:  "yo bailo al ritmo que me bailan" .

The more you engage, the more you encourage him.

Yeah you are right... It's good to know other persons opinions, i just went off saying that about Ukraine stuff, trust me i like to be very sarcastic when i deal people on real life like him, i think he was or he is trying to infuse some fear on me but for what or what was his goal? Some Kevin as opposite of Karen? That part of i am abusing on the feedback stuff. I have been using eBay for almost a decade.

I am not arguing that i acted good and i am a nice person saying what i say but it was just frustrating this seller if he can receive that name just went on a little episode of madness. I tried to contain myself but well what you can expect if you attack someone physical or with words? I am not on any kind of believe or religion that mandates that i have to just absorb it act like nothing happened, if he was just so angry for his feedback he could just went through eBay and that's it. I as every person in this world, have my own real life problems and just when you are using not expecting this kind of behavior, there are other online stores that i have read and hear about having this kind of persons,

eBay has been the place where i have found some of the best purchases i have made in good prices, or even with a luck, that never has been seeing twice again. Just saying, around two years ago i purchased an Omega just for $125, doesn't matter it is quartz but it has his case on gold, well rolled gold plated but after that i haven't found similar deal after that. And it is real and almost on pristine condition. Considering it is a model of 1979.

Also for me that just went in some way of harrasment, slurs and even discrimination, may be i am a little exagerating about it but you don't just simply contact someone with that attitude. It shouldn't be tolerated in  here and as i said even he has the 100% of being right, he has no rights to insult me.

This all was very hard to follow; especially when another language was thrown in (yes, I could just copy/paste and get a translation but it really was not that important). 

What was REALLY IMPORTANT is how this started. Did you leave a negative feedback that stated, or was spurred on, by something regarding shipping and WAS stated in the listing?

I wish i could but to be honest, I can't  seems he just stopped I hope he get his warning attention, but should be more easier just block him.
