A seller is using a false tracking number from launchterminal. The tracking number doesn't show up on USPS, UPS, FedX, or DHL.. Beware of Launch Terminal being used for false tracking numbers.

Does eBay even recognize Lunch Terrible as a postage carrier?

On the Order Details page, if eBay cannot follow the tracking number, then the item will never be delivered for an Item Will Never Be Delivered case.

I have bought an item from eBay which hasn't arrived. I have been provided with a launchterminal tracking number, which if I check on their website, states that the item was delivered. If I look on my eBay purchase history and click on the tracking number, it shows that it hasn't even gone into transit, never mind be delivered! eBay has closed the case and expect me to phone launchterminal, which is based in the USA as far as I can tell from the phone number. I live in the UK and don't feel that I should have to phone the USA. I have sent a message via their contact page, but I don't have much hope that my item will arrive. Their website if full of spelling and grammatical errors!

This has just happened to me with a Seller using launchterminal. Wrote a total of five messages to launchterminal with no reply to any of them. The Seller is unhelpful in the matter. I've opened a case with eBay, but I'm not hopeful at the moment.
