I purchased an item September 4th and it was scheduled to arrive on the 11th. On the 9th I was contacted by the seller saying that they provided the wrong tracking number and gave me a tracking number for something called Cainiao Super Economy. On that Friday the 11th I was informed that my package arrived through standard eBay shipping, but nothing came. The next day, Saturday the 12th I received an “Account Security Communication Partner Warning” from eBay, saying that the sellers account had been compromised. I need help on figuring out what to do or what I should even file a complaint with eBay about.

This is going to be an interesting one. You can go here to learn more about the shipping company and see if you can track the package: https://postal.ninja/en/p/aliexpress/cainiao-tracking#:~:text=What%20is%20Cainiao%20Super%20Economy%....
I'm thinking that the package may have been turned over to the PO for final delivery. I doubt the Cainiao does home delivery in the US.
You have some time so I wouldn't file anything yet.

Hmmm, a buyer that actually has a negative FB score?

eBay is screwing their sellers left and right especially when it comes to shipping. More and more sellers are taking their shipping off eBay so they can't loose what they don't have. Blame it onthe never ending greed of corporate eBay.
