Seller sent me wrong item but eBay didn’t help me

I purchased a double pool play center from a seller, but they sent me a single pool play center which is quit different from the photo they post. Then I asked for return but eBay didn’t help me and close my request without any solution!

You might have opened the wrong type of return. You can request that eBay call you to file an appeal. Otherwise, you can file a claim with Paypal or your credit card company/bank.

Or you opened past the deadline.

you should learn about return policies and select right reason to return the item , secondly always send the clear pictures to seller through messages what you have received so seller can know that you receive wrong item. ebay always follow policy so if buyer or seller use policy in wrong way or not aware of policies then platform there does not help. return policies will help you to aware of it because things happens when we buy. i hope you best for your future purchases.
